1. Custom Orders

All chairs are built-to-order or converted individually. Once a build or conversion process has started, cancellations may incur material and labor fees.

2. Eligibility for Conversions

Not all power wheelchairs can be converted. We require photos and details in advance to confirm eligibility. If your chair is not eligible, any payment will be refunded.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are in USD.

• Add-ons are priced separately.

• Orders must be paid in full (or with a deposit, if approved) before production begins.

• The wheelchair needs to be paid in full before shipping.

• Payment is accepted via credit card, PayPal, or approved financing.

4. Shipping

We offer U.S. and international shipping. Shipping costs vary based on location and chair type. Damage during transit must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Warranty

All builds and conversions include a limited warranty on frame and drivetrain components. Warranty terms will be discussed during your order process.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the build has begun. In rare cases, partial refunds may be issued for cancelled projects before completion.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wheelchair Conversions is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or operation outside the intended environment.
